All customers have a 30 day money back guarantee. For any reason you can return your order for a refund. If you want to return part of your order please include a note with instructions. All returns need a RMA. Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number at customerservice@wholesalesunglasses.com or call toll free 1-888-339-2022.  
 
Please follow the guide below in order for your refund -

Return - If you want to return your merchandise to us please email us requesting an RMA number. This will assure your return gets handled in the correct way. Before emailing us please read the terms below and makes sure your return fits our guidelines.

1) Packages returned back to us without an RMA displayed on the exterior of the package will be rejected. Please make sure your RMA number is displays neatly on the package.

2) All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and boxes.

3) All sunglasses must be sent back in its full dozen. All styles within the dozen must be the same style, just as you received it. We will not accept mix and matched dozens.

4) All original packaging, tags, display boxes, polybags, and stickers must still be attached.

5) The purchaser is responsible for all shipping related costs.

Please make sure you buy insurance and a tracking number for your return package. We are not liable for your package until it arrives and has been signed for by our warehouse. There is also a 20 % restocking fee on all return, which will be applied at the time of refund.

Canceled Orders: After your order is placed with us and choose to cancel it while it is in route to you, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. The package will incur shipping charges to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 20 % restocking fee. If you have further questions about this matter please give us a call. Cancelations of orders must be reported immediately, as our company has FedEx pickups several times daily. If a cancelation is received on an order placed more than 3 hours after the order is placed, it will not be accepted.

Issuing Credits / Refunds: Once we receive your package it takes about one week to process. If you are receiving a credit on your bank card, we handle these immediately but sometimes it may not appear until you receive your next bank statement. If you are uncertain or still have questions about this process please give us a call.
If you order something that is currently out of stock, our warehouse reserves the right to replace the out of stock item with something similar. If this is something you DO NOT want, please note in the comment section of your order.
